 I was keen to see if I could fit 3 x Victron 160 Ah Lithium Batteries in the same space as the existing Batteries    Existing AllGrand Battery New Victron Lithium Battery Can Victron fit ? Height 210 mm 237 mm Yes, Victron is a little taller Length 327 mm 321 mm Yes Width 168 mm 152 mm Yes Weight 36 kg - a guess 20 kg Yes, Victron is lighter The existing AllGrand batteries have a model 6-GFM-100, a 12 volt 100 Ah battery.  However, the AllGrand website has nothing about these batteries, I suspect they are a 6 x GFM 100 batteries in serial.  These are 2 Volt batteries, so the voltage maths works out, however getting those 6 batteries in the same foot print doesn't work, perhaps there are some packaging efficiencies in play.  See  Allgrand Battery Backup Replacement Batter...

 Not sure what's going on here, but the reversing camera is out of action again.  Called the local auto electrician and I've booked it to look at tomorrow. 

 After a few attempts, I eventually got the Gas Hot Water working

EzyTrail blamed my Ford, as the reason why the reverse camera wasn't working.    This infuriated me a little and after talking to my next door neighbour, he showed me a trick to expand the reversing pin  It worked.  Reversing camera ok !

 I took the camper down to Berrima for a few nights to test it out and get a  Window Blinds Overnight they pop down an inch Gas/Electric Hot Water Heater It's a storage tank heater.   In my own minds eye, I figured the hot water heater was an instantaneous heater so it was a surprise when I discovered that it was a storage tank.  Not a major issue as the hot water is a nice to have rather than a Took about an hour to heat the tank with electricity, I never had a shower in it so the juries still out on how long the water lasts for.  I also didn't have any gas, so I couldn't test out the gas hot water heating.  Position of the light Switches The position of the light switches are annoying.   I'll probably end up installing a wireless light controller, something like  Sphere Wireless Lighting - Coast to Coast RV   Say Wot ? The main lights use 5 amps !!

24 December 2021 - The pick up  The Good  Initial Handover Matt was pretty detailed on the hand over, it was Christmas Eve and it looked liked Matt had a few Campers to handover that day, with a trailer arriving earlier that week with a few Campers.  The Victron Charging System  It's really good, both today and tomorrow.  On an overcast, but hot day, it generates ample power to keep the fridge cool while also keeping the batteries fully charged.   The future options are also endless, with Touch Screen Information display and more battery management options.
